I took part in several yoga classes with Déborah, and the experience was very positive. The group atmosphere is warm and caring, thanks to the environment she has created. There is no judgment—everyone is free to come as they are. As I have wrist issues, she offered me many alternatives so I could follow the exercises along with the others. These sessions are a true moment dedicated to oneself. As a bonus, there’s tea and delicious homemade snacks, crafted from her own recipes.

WELCOME
I’m Deborah Minouflet. Once an actress and model in Paris, I was fortunate to explore the many forms of art and self-expression. Though captivating, this world also led me to face deep challenges with my body and sense of self. Yoga, with its gentle power, became my anchor, guiding me through these difficult times. It taught me that true beauty blooms from inner balance, far more than in the reflection of a mirror.
As a State-certified health professional in dietetics and nutrition, I spent years searching for balance through food—a balance that once seemed just out of reach. Like so many women, I wrestled with nutrition, until I discovered that, freed from restriction, it could become a source of wellness, health, and a deeper connection with myself.Today, my heart’s work is to invite you to join me on this journey toward harmony, kindness, and inner alignment—a path to find both body and mind at peace, fully and beautifully aligned.
